Where Healthy Attic Insulation stands
We are a new business and we are not yet a participating contractor in the program. We won't build a quote around a rebate we can't process. What we offer instead: published prices, a line-by-line quote, a written ventilation guarantee and payment on completion.
How to compare a rebate quote with ours
- Ask for the full price before the rebate, in writing.
- Check the scope: number of baffles, air sealing, hatch, target R-value and depth.
- Subtract the rebate you will actually receive and when you will receive it.
- Compare against our itemized quote. Pick the better value for the same scope.
Rebate FAQ
Is there an attic insulation rebate in Ontario in 2026?
Yes. The Home Renovation Savings Program, offered by Enbridge Gas and Save on Energy, has a standalone attic insulation rebate of up to $1,250 with no energy assessment required. It is scheduled to end November 30, 2026. Check the program website for current terms.
Can any contractor get me the rebate?
No. The work must be done by a participating, approved contractor and paperwork submitted under the program rules. Healthy Attic Insulation is a new business and is not yet a participating contractor; we will tell you this up front.
Should I wait for a rebate before insulating?
Compare the total. Our published price without a rebate is often competitive with rebate-led quotes after the rebate. Get both numbers in writing and compare the scope line by line.
