Toronto (North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, East York)
Toronto's pre-war and post-war houses often have shallow attics, knee-wall spaces and very little original insulation. Vermiculite is more common in older homes here, so we check before we disturb anything.
Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville
Many 1970s–1990s homes in Peel and Halton were built with R-20 to R-30 that has settled. These are ideal top-up candidates, and soffit baffles are often missing.
Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill
Larger detached homes in York Region mean bigger attics where a top-up pays off quickly. Bathroom fans venting into the attic are a frequent cause of moisture we find here.
Durham: Pickering, Ajax and Whitby
We serve Durham's west end on Saturdays. Ask about scheduling when you book.
